Delete local device data

Free Local data lives on the device or browser under the signed-in account profile where it was created. Use the in-app deletion controls in Settings when available, and remove any downloaded exports or reports you saved outside the app.

Browser/device policy can clear local data. Local-only data may also be removed if a browser, device, operating system, or storage cleanup policy clears site/app data, or if you switch devices without enabled and eligible backup/sync.

Use Settings when you can

Open My Asthma Life at app.myasthmalife.com, go to Settings, then Account, Plan & Data. Account and data controls include destructive deletion steps when available for your account.

Cancel billing separately

Deleting local or cloud app data does not cancel a Stripe-backed Premium subscription. Use Manage Billing in the app, or contact support if you cannot access the billing portal.

Use support as fallback

Email support@myasthmalife.com from the address associated with your account if you cannot access the app, cannot reach Settings, or need help with deletion or billing separation.

What to include

Save any records you need before deletion, clearing browser site data, resetting a browser, or changing devices. Cloud Backup & Sync can help with supported synced rows when enabled and eligible, but it is not a guarantee that every local item or downloaded file is recoverable. Deleting app data does not replace medical care or recordkeeping required by your clinician, and support cannot provide medical advice.
