Delete local device data

Local-only data lives on the device or browser where it was created. Browser/device policy can clear local data if you clear site data, use private browsing, run low on storage, change storage settings, or switch devices without supported backup/sync. Use the in-app deletion controls in Settings when available, and remove any downloaded exports or reports you saved outside the app.

Delete cloud/account data

Open My Asthma Life at app.myasthmalife.com, go to Settings, open Account, Plan & Data, then Account and data controls. The destructive delete action appears only after that extra step. This clears this device and attempts supported cloud cleanup for the current user.

Cancel billing separately

Deleting local or cloud app data does not cancel a Stripe-backed Premium subscription. Use Manage Billing in the app, or contact support if you cannot access the billing portal.

What to include

Save any records you need before deletion, clearing browser site data, resetting a browser, or changing devices. Cloud Backup can help with supported synced rows, but it is not a guarantee that every local item or downloaded file is recoverable. Deleting app data does not replace medical care or recordkeeping required by your clinician, and support cannot provide medical advice.
