Learn about Care Access.

Who each path is for

Start with Local

Use Local when you want one-device symptom logging, rescue inhaler logging, medication routine tracking, user-entered peak flow or pulse ox records, and basic review without checkout.

What is included with Premium?

Premium is for people who want longer history, richer asthma reports, Google Pollen details when available, and more complete pattern review while keeping claims cautious.

Use Care Access when invited

Care Access is the Premium-equivalent partner path for participating clinics, groups, employers, schools, or organizations. It is not sold through public checkout.

HSA/FSA and Letter of Medical Necessity notes

Can My Asthma Life be reimbursed by HSA or FSA?

Some users may be able to submit My Asthma Life Premium subscription receipts to their HSA/FSA administrator. Eligibility depends on plan rules, administrator review, and your circumstances.

What might an HSA/FSA administrator ask for?

Save receipts. Some plans may request documentation or a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed clinician. My Asthma Life can provide general receipt or support information where appropriate, but a clinician must decide whether an LMN is medically appropriate.

Does My Asthma Life determine reimbursement eligibility?

No. My Asthma Life does not determine eligibility, does not generate LMNs, does not guarantee reimbursement, and does not provide tax, legal, billing, reimbursement, or medical advice.

Where can I get billing help?

Use Manage Billing in the app where available, or contact Support. Do not send card numbers, passwords, exported health files, or unnecessary medical details.

Founding Premium pricing is the active public web checkout price in the current launch setup. Later standard Premium pricing is documented as $6.99/month or $44.99/year for a future switch.

Stripe-backed Premium subscriptions are managed through the in-app billing portal where available. Billing cancellation, account deletion, and local data deletion are separate paths; see Support or Account/Data Deletion.

My Asthma Life is for tracking and journaling. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Follow your clinician's asthma action plan.
