Terms
These terms describe basic rules for using My Asthma Life, including app use, subscriptions, Care Access, support, and safety boundaries.
Effective date: May 18, 2026
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
My Asthma Life is a personal tracking and journaling tool. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding what to share with your clinician.
The app and website do not provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, prediction, or emergency care. Follow your clinician's asthma action plan.
Premium public web checkout is handled through Stripe. Stripe-backed users can manage or cancel billing inside the app where billing portal access is available. Billing is separate from app data deletion.
HSA/FSA reimbursement questions depend on your plan and administrator. See Pricing for cautious reimbursement notes.
Care Access may be available through participating partners and is not sold through public checkout.
If symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening, or you may be having a medical emergency, seek emergency care or call local emergency services. Do not delay care because of information in the app or website.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete app data or account data. Account and data deletion requests are handled separately through the app or support.
Contact support@myasthmalife.com for support questions, or open the app for app-based account and billing controls where available.
My Asthma Life is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. My Asthma Life and its team are not medical providers and the app is not a substitute for professional medical care. It is designed to help you track and notice patterns, not to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or predict medical events.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability where excluded by law, including for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury from intentional acts.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be lawfully limited.
