Physicians, asthma educators, clinics, office managers, and care-support partners can recommend a simple asthma tracking app without running a provider dashboard, remote patient monitoring system, clinical care-management platform, or medical device workflow.
Patients often arrive trying to remember symptoms, rescue inhaler use, triggers, medication routines, peak flow readings, and notes from weeks between visits. My Asthma Life gives them a personal asthma log they can keep updated over time.
The app can make asthma appointment preparation more organized by helping patients review an asthma symptom tracker, rescue inhaler tracker, peak flow log, medication history, notes, and asthma reports before they talk with their clinician.
For V1, clinics do not need a dashboard, new office workflow, or default access to patient health data to recommend the app. Patients control what they track and what they choose to share.
My Asthma Life can be used as an asthma app for patients who want a free place to track daily symptoms, rescue inhaler use, medications, peak flow, notes, and patterns they may want to discuss later.
Premium and Care Access may help patients bring 90-day, 180-day, and 365-day review ranges, compare periods, richer asthma reports, asthma medication tracking context, Google Pollen detail where provider data is available, Premium insights, Cloud Backup & Sync when enabled and eligible, and no mobile banner ads.
As an asthma app for caregivers, My Asthma Life can help a parent, family member, or care-support partner keep symptoms, rescue use, medication routines, peak flow, and notes in one place for appointment conversations.
Care Access is discounted partner-distributed access. Full-feature Premium-level access through participating partners includes Cloud Backup & Sync when enabled and eligible. Referral or Care Access codes can be created and managed by My Asthma Life administration, so clinics can request an admin-managed setup without operating a clinic-side code tool.
Asthma tracking for clinics and asthma tracking for physicians can be as simple as recommending the app to patients who may benefit from a personal asthma log. No clinic billing setup is required for a basic recommendation unless a separate partnership is arranged.
